Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1973, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Federal Courts and to the Supreme Court of the U.S. in 1988.
Besides civil legal matters such as family law and personal injury accident cases, Mr. Harvey specializes in criminal defense. His goal is to provide competent representation of clients to assure the best possibility of a favorable outcome in court.
THOMAS E. McCORMACK
In practice in Jefferson, Georgia for the last 25 years, Mr. McCormack represents clients in many areas of civil and criminal law, including: probate law (wills, trusts, estates, and probate litigation), criminal law (misdemeanor and felony), bankruptcy, personal injury, domestic/family law (divorce, contempt, custody, juvenile law, and DFCS matters involving deprivation).
Our attorneys understand the emotional stress that each client is under in his or her individual case, and uses their legal experience and perspective to guide clients through those particularly stressful times in their lives.
Over the years, we have forged relationships with local law enforcement, judges, clerk of court staff, and other attorneys. Our experience in criminal law in felony and misdemeanor practice and civilian, practicing in the surrounding counties in North Georgia have also provided a unique perspective that makes us extensively qualified to fight for constitutional rights and defend clients in court.
